Meridian was founded at the forefront of the enterprise technology movement, gaining ground initially supporting large, complex ERP programs. We quickly evolved to support a larger roster of initiatives, including acquisition integration, organizational transformation, and every imaginable technology implementation.

But – as a favorite client once said, “Change is hard. Deal with it.” Meridian needed to change. So, Meridian lay dormant for a time while I experienced an extended period of change – changes in industries, companies, and roles. I went to school on change, gaining deep insight into what change really means, and really feels like, both personally and organizationally.

And now, we’re back.
